By accessing or using any Simplifai product (including LLMeter, available at llmeter.org and simplifai.tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Simplifai provides software-as-a-service tools for developers and startups. Our current product, LLMeter, is a cost monitoring dashboard for LLM API usage. Services are provided on a subscription basis with Free, Pro, and Team tiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle (paddle.com). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You authorize recurring charges for your subscription plan.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@simplifai.tools within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use our services for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of our services; (d) resell or redistribute our services without permission.
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy section below for details.
LLMeter is licensed under AGPL-3.0. The Simplifai brand, logos, and proprietary service components remain the property of Simplifai. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of any data you process through our tools.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Simplifai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We collect: (a) account information (email, name) when you sign up; (b) usage data (API calls, feature usage) to provide our services; (c) payment information processed by Paddle (we do not store card details).
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve our services; (b) process payments; (c) send transactional emails (receipts, alerts); (d) respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Vercel. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
We use: Paddle (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Inngest (background jobs). Each has their own privacy policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@simplifai.tools. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
